Illustration/Drawing Commission Process

Thumbnail and Sketch

Upon receiving either full or half payment the thumbnail process begins. these are very small simple images that get to the heart of what you want. This process shouldn’t take to long but many changes are made during this phase.
Refined Sketch

This is where the piece starts to become more clear. Any notes or changes are made here so that the final phase goes smoothly. By the end of the refined sketch most if not all major elements are decided.
Final Phase

Depending on complexity it may take longer but this phase is just pure refinement of the sketch. During this phase you’ll have fewer chances to ask for edits as changes at this time will require much more work. I usually allow edits to be made within reason but major changes will cost extra.

It starts with an email. You can contact me through email or on my site. Explain what you want, when you’ll need it by (if it matters) and what’s your budget. From there we can discuss options based on timeframe and budget. If it’s a good fit for both parties I’ll ask for half payment up front and the rest upon completion.
It depends on complexity and what my current workload is at the moment. But if you contact me with details of the project I’ll be able to tell you. I also offer quicker turnarounds for an additional fee.
I’ll draw just about anything, even things I don’t show in my portfolio. If I haven’t drawn something I’ll learn how to.
Anything hateful or intensely violent or graphic. I also don’t draw Pornographic content. I am okay with drawing mature content and nudity though so if your wondering I would just ask.
You don’t by default but you can pay a flat fee of 50USD for smaller pieces or 100USD for full illustrations. I’ll still be able to post it on my site and social media but you retain rights to sell prints, posters, stickers etc. If you intend to sell merchandise with the work you must pay the Royalty fee. But if it’s simply for yourself I wouldn’t worry about it.
